Actually, I think we do have some deplorables living among us.
The man who stands up before a crowd, or in the privacy of a bar room conversation who says America ought to be a White, Christian nation is deplorable. And the guy who nods in agreement is a deplorable, too.

Randy Newman wrote a song to them, "Rednecks."

After a brief internet search, it turns out Randy had already written his song about Donald, but he decided to not release it, because he thought it was simply too vulgar--this was before the release of the Donald's locker room tape.
But, here, through the wonders of the internet is the one part Newman did reveal:

ReplyDeleteI got a CD this year that had the Rednecks song on it-I hadn't heard it before-it's hilarious and so apropos. Randy Newman does have a way of getting right to the heart of the matter..Judging from the few lines of his Trump song it would appear he's got another winner..Oh and won't that make Donny mad-he's so proud of his big...hands...
